Qt/MSBuild got: The "MultiToolTask" task failed unexpectedly in vs2019 & vs2022

I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019 Version 16.11.34 to build an new project which generated by qt wizard , I got this error message, and I can't find a solution through google.

ps: The CMake project can build success in vs2019 & 2022.

Please help !
