Cannot change the Qt version

However, I do not want the Qt plugin to automatically modify CMakePresets.json. In non-Qt CMake projects, the Qt plugin will also automatically generate CMakeUserPresets.json and modify the contents of CMakePresets.json, which is quite annoying.
