qt resource editor doesn't pass keyboard shortcuts to MSVC

    Description

      To reproduce:

      • Doubleclick on a qrc file in solution explorer.
      • A tab opens with the qt resource editor in it
      • click on some empty space within this tab, to focus it
      • Press F5 to launch your app

      Result: nothing happens
