Random Qt::BuildLock error

    Description

      For some time now, sporadic errors have been occurring on our Azure Windows build servers. Every third build fails. The reason is a Qt::BuildLock error.

      We have also increased the time in the qt.targets file, but unfortunately without success.

      We have also reduced the number of cores, also without success.
