    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Run Visual Studio.
      • Run the QRC editor by double-clicking a resource file.
      • Observe that QRC editor is a sub-process of Visual Studio.
      • Close Visual Studio.
      • Observe that QRC editor does not terminate and becomes an independent process.
