Upgrading to 3.3.0 results in compiler error C1189: Qt requires a C++17 compiler

      Our project sets the C++ standard via Qt_STDCPP macro in buildsettings.props. This no longer seems to work with 3.3.0. As a result, the project is no longer buildable.
