The autodetect feature wrongly detects a stripped Qt version shipped with QtDesignStudio

Qt Design Studio includes a packaged Qt version; however, this version is stripped of all C++ development files and only contains the QML runtime environment needed for projects in Qt Design Studio. The autodetect feature should exclude these Qt versions from being listed in the available Qt versions on the settings page.
