Instead of storing the full QTDIR path in the user file, store just the name of the Qt version

Instead of storing the full QTDIR path in the user file, store just the name of the Qt version so that it is easier to reference different Qt versions on different machines provided the names are the same (thus enabling sharing of the user file across machines).
