VS Tools won't compile projects

Another bug in 3.3.1. Grrrrrrr. (After I reinstalled 3.3.0 and disabled auto updating of extensions in VS, the problem went away.)

The problem is shown in the attached image. In 3.3.1, the project won't link and gives the same link error as the error shown in the image. If I remove the #ifdef Q_OS_WIN, then 3.3.1 does compile and link the program. In 3.3.0, the program compiles fine. (I'm using Qt 6.5.5.)
