incorporate natvis changes from natvis4qt

      Now, that

      • the natvis files have been moved to vs-debugtools
      • the license has been changed to MIT

      we should incorporate the natvis changes that went into https://github.com/narnaud/natvis4qt into our files to make that repo the source of truth.

      Ignore the lack of ##NAMESPACE## markers for now.
