Creating new class with precompiled headers enablec causes build error in Linux

1. Open Visual Studio 2008
2. Create new project with precompiled headers enabled
3. Create new Qt class from Project->Add Class

You will notice that precompiled header is included to new class with:
#include "StdAfx.h", although the file name is stdafx.h. This causes build error in Linux.
