Windows 11 24H2
Visual Studio 17.10, 17.14
Coco 7.3 and 7.2.1
The Visual Studio Add in for Coco doesn't completely remove itself when I uninstall the product.
The issue is that, even though Coco is not installed, it makes Visual Studio startup really slow by modifying every project file by adding squishcoco installation path.
I have to manually delete the SquishCoco extension folder in my local appdata folder.
It also does not delete the environment variable `PATH_SQUISHCOCO_INSTALLER`.
I noticed the problem in Coco 7.2 and 7.3
The environment test is Windows 24H2 and Visual Studio 17.10 and 17.14
