Update qt-qml to support downloading qmlls under new names

      Since qmlls will also support the arm64 architecture, we should update qt-qml to handle both the new names and ensure a smooth migration, allowing us to download both the old and the new versions. Our changes should be released before the new qmlls is released.

      The new name pattern is qmllanguageserver-<platform><arch><version>.zip

      Examples:

      • qmllanguageserver-windows-arm64-X.Y.Z.zip
      • qmllanguageserver-windows-x64-X.Y.Z.zip
      • qmllanguageserver-macos-universal-X.Y.Z.zip
      • qmllanguageserver-linux-arm64-X.Y.Z.zip
      • qmllanguageserver-linux-x64-X.Y.Z.zip
