Including environment variables into Qt paths in Add-in's Options

    Description

      Please add the possibility to include custom environment variables into the value of Qt paths in the Qt VS Add-in Options (like "$(MY_PROJECTS)\Qt\vs2010-x64" etc.). Also it would be a good idea to save those paths without substitution into the *.user files.
