Default "Source files" / "Header files" filters in the project have been intentionally deleted (I want to build my own filter structure).

Qt's own "Form Files", "Generated Files" and "Resource Files" have been moved under a single "Qt" filter.

Description

1. Right-click the project in Solution Explorer.
2. Select "Add", then "New item" or "Existing item".
3. Choose a file to be added to the project.

Actual result: file is added under Qt's Generated Files filter.
Expected result: file should be added into the root of the project (not under any of the existing filter).
