QVector does not show values during debugging in VS2008 anymore.

      QVector now only shows "(error)" for each item.
      I am aware that QMap never worked in the VS2008 debugger....but QVector used to work for Qt 4.5.
      The ability to debug QVectors in VS2008 is crucial for VS integration....
