Qt Visual Studio Addin: release mode custom build steps: path is incorrectly specified to be the debug path when in release mode

      To reproduce this, import a .pro file for a Qt example that contains resources. Now right-click the .qrc file and select properties. the Custom Build Step->General "Command Line" contains the path to the debug version of the project qrc_<name>.cpp file. This reproduces on Qt Visual Studio Addin 1.1.5 and 1.1.6 using Visual Studio 2008. The result is that when building the release mode project, the correct qrc_<name>.cpp cannot be found.
