Allow the user to have all moc files in the same directory

      When changing the moc directory to be .\GeneratedFiles for both debug and release, editing the .cpp file will cause the option 'excluded from build' of the MOC-file to be set to 'yes'.

      When having a Qt project where the generated MOC files for DEBUG and RELEASE are identical it would bu useful to be able to have them in the same directory to avoid modifying all of the project every time.
