    Description

      When the QTDIR variable is set after the LocalDebuggerEnvironment variable in the users file for a project then it will not find QtCore4.dll. The addin should check that the variable exists before relying on QTDIR when writing it out to LocalDebuggerEnvironment and put a full path instead if it does not exist.
