Files created from .ui-files are not translated in a build after clean of the project or solution

After windows update translation does not work in first build. The translations are marked as obsolete in the .ts file. A second build without clean beforehand fixes the problem.

This error occurrs obviously only since the newest windows updates were installed. (updates not older than May 11th 2015)
