      1. Create project using Qt Creator
        • Use VC++ compiler
        • Everything build as exepcted, no extra moc execution if there is no changes
      2. Open .pro file using Qt5 Qt5 Visual Studio Add-in
      3. Build (rebuild) the project
      4. Run or build (it will be incremental)

      Anyway moc'ing executes, but no one file changed
