Editing .pro file with vsproject already created and trying to reloaded by re-openning it doesn't works as expected

      Behaviour : Everythink seems to be running fine, vs seems to see that the project has changed (Would you like to reload the project dialog) BUT changed stuffs are not reflected to vsproject. The only way to get the changes is to unload the project, remove vsproject files and re-open the .pro file.

      Expected behaviour : Apart of auto reloading (https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTVSADDINBUG-449), reloading manually a modified .pro file should reflect the changes to the vsproject
