Limited natvis support

    Description

      The support for data types within Visual Studio debugging is far from beeing perfect, only 42 types are support. It's more a feature request, than a bug, but it limits the user while debugging.

      Since there is no way to constribute, I'd to request and improved version of the natvis file with more data types.
