When a qrc file is added to the project it is defaulting to being processed with -no-compress which is not the default on the command line

When a qrc file is added to the project it is defaulting to being processed with -no-compress which is not the default on the command line. Instead it should not pass any compression arguments at all and let the rcc defaults take over.
