lupdate ~3 times slower than with previous 2.0 version

    Description

      I use to update each language file individually by right clicking it and selecting lupdate. For a large project (~1.500 files, 200.000 loc), this took approx. 3 seconds with VS Tools 2.0.

      After upgrading VS Tools to 2.2, and converting the project, this step now takes approx. 10 seconds.
