Launch QT Creator in Design mode when QML files are clicked

      Qt 5.10.1, Qt Vs Tools 2.2

      At the moment, clicking ".ui" files in Visual Studio automatically opens Qt Creator in Design mode for UI files. 

      Clicking ".qml" files opens text editor. To open the file in Designer mode, QT creator has to be launched manually, ".qml" file loaded manually and then switched to "Design" mode manually - too many manual steps which make Qt Quick design in Visual Studio unfeasible.

      Clicking QML should open Qt Creator window automatically - preferably already in Design mode.
