QtMoc output path is forcibly set, even if inherited value from property sheet exists

    Description

      Have a project with property sheet attached

      1. Set QtMoc->OutputPath to custom value in property sheet
      2. Set QtMoc->OutputPath to <inherit> in actual project file
        Observed: after rescan (supposedly at build time) property in project gets set to default value.
        Expected: no properties are overridden in existing project, even if empty
