%QTMSBUILD% environment variable always set at VS start-up

      Every time VS is started, the %QTMSBUILD% environment variable is set to its default value (i.e. %LOCALAPPDATA%\QtMsBuild), even if it already exists with a different value. This makes the environment variable unusable as a means to configure the path to the Qt/MSBuild files.
