Implicit build dependency between .qrc and file resources

When a file that is listed as a resource inside a .qrc is changed, during the build the rcc should be called, even though the .qrc itself has no changes. Currently, this is only possible by manually specifying every file resource as a dependency of the .qrc in its "Additional Dependencies" property.
