Closer integration with Qt Designer and Qt Linguist

    Description

      The integration with Designer and Linguist should be made more robust and allow more elaborate use cases (e.g. possibility of navigating to the source code of a connected slot when double clicking the signal in Designer). If possible, the tools should run docked in the Visual Studio IDE and not in standalone application windows.
