Include .pro file in Visual Studio project

      When opening a .pro file (Qt VS Tools > Open Qt Project File), the user should have the option to also add the .pro file to the VS project. In this case, whenever a build is triggered, qmake is first called on the .pro file and the build process is dynamically configured based on the output of qmake.
