Qt5Cored.dll not found when debugging sample GUI

    Description

      Create the Qt GUI Application Project as described in the Qt VSTool Getting Started page. The build completes without error, but the launch using "Debug > Start Debugging" fails with the error: The program can't start because Qt5Cored.dll is missing.

      I was expecting that VSTool would configure the PATH to include the Qt version that was used at build time.
