Modified QRC does not trigger build when using Qt Quick Compiler

      When performing an incremental build (F7) of a project with a QRC containing QML files, if the Qt Quick Compiler is used, changes to the QRC will not be taken into account and the build will be skipped. With the Qt Quick Compiler disabled, the incremental build works as expected.
