QtMsBuild ver 2.3.2 skip the target QtWork and doesn't compile dialog.ui

      Upgrading QtMsBuild to verstion 2.3.2 broke a build. Now the step building *dialog.ui files and MOC-ing is skipped. Actually the target QtWork is marked as done, but actually it doesn't. 
      The previous version QtMsBuild 2.3.1 works correctly. 
      Both version 2.3.2 and 2.3.1 work correctly when building dialog.ui files and moc-ing are configured as a "custom build step".
      So looks like something is broken in dependencies of building Qt targets configured as not a custom build step.
