Installation of 2.4.1 fails on VS 2019

    Description

      After installing or auto-updating to 2.4.1, and upon restarting, I get an error referring me to ActivityLog.xml (attached).  None of the options for the extension are available until I downgrade to 2.4.0 and turn off automatic updating.
