"Launch Qt Designer" does not respect the project's Qt Installation property

    Description

      Neither the menu entry "Extensions / Qt VS Tools / Launch Qt Designer" or opening form files from the solution explorer respect the current projects "Qt Installation" property. They instead apparently launch the designer.exe found in the default Qt Installation defined in "Extensions / Qt VS Tools / Qt Options".

      The same functionality for the Qt Linguist does use the project's "Qt Installation" property.
