"Qt Project Settings" incorrect behavior.

      When I create new project and trying to set compiler from "Qt VS Tools" -> "Qt Project Settings" instead of correct windows it opens just project properties.

      And also if I click RMB on project there are no such option as "Qt Project Settings" (see attachment).
