    Description

      Starting compilation takes long time and ends up with this error:

      AppData\Local\QtMsBuild\rcc\qtrcc.targets(118,5): error MSB3501: Could not read lines from file "build\Win\x64\Debug\rcc_list.txt". The process cannot access the file 'build\Win\x64\Debug\rcc_list.txt' because it is being used by another process.
