When opening a project file it should respect the OBJECTS_DIR setting and set the IntermediateDirectory to this

When opening a project file it should respect the OBJECTS_DIR setting and set the IntermediateDirectory to this. This happens when using qmake directly, but when it is loaded via the tools then it will change the IntermediateDirectory to a default setting.

This would also ensure that the qtvars_x64_Release.props and the qtvars_plugin_import.cpp files will be placed in that directory and not the default one.
