Invalid build documentation

Hi guys.

Tracking a bug that was introduced with the last release, made me go and try to build the tools, but as documentation wasn't updated a long time, this is more or less impossible.

1. Build a static Qt -> no problem all ok
2. Build the Qt Visual Studio Tools -> fails completely

    2.1. src.pro includes '../vstools.pri' which doesn't really exists -> if you go one step up there is vstools.pri_TT
    2.2. As something is still build in 2.1. I've opened the solution and executed the "Transform All T4 Templates" and all fail. I assume from because step 2.1.

So could you please update the documentation on https://github.com/qt-labs/vstools so that the plugin will be buildable.
