.props files stored into wrong folder

    Description

      Hi guys.

      Found another minor annoyance. In VS settings I have defined 
      "$(SolutionDir)_Build\x64\$(Configuration)\Obj\" directory for any intermediate file, but 'tools' store it in projects folder which is clearly invalid.

      I've attached two images where you can see the VS settings and full absolute folder.
      Solution folder is: E:\Podjetja\Sergej\Privendo\Design\Licensing - Server
      Project folder is: E:\Podjetja\Sergej\Privendo\Design\Licensing - Server\LicensingServer
