At first thank you for your work. I would suggest an useful feature for this VS extension that is a command (like the already present for launch lrelease or lupdate) for make a full deploy (using official windeployqt.exe tool) for the generated executable. I'm thinking to a project menu item for request the deploy, asking for the folder path to deploy all files in and launch the windeployqt tool.
