Adding .qrc file fails (or bugs)

After Creating a QtEmptyApplication, I tried to add a new .qrc file into the project, but the system showed that "Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Project.VisualC.VCProjectEngine.VCProjectFileShim.'"

Although it did create a .qrc file in the folder, it seems not included in the project. So I tried to include it in the project, but then the system showed that "A file, filter, or folder already exists at the current scope in QtEmptyApplication1 or access was denied for the desired operation."
