Add Qt library project to solution fails with: An item with the same key has already been added.

      Something happens with Qt Visual Studio Tools extension (version 2.5.1).
      For example, when I try to add a new Qt class library project to an existing solution, it shows a message box with the message "An item with the same key has already been added."
      I tried to re-install it, but it does not help.
