    Description

      Using Visual Studio VS2017, latest release, with Qt5.12.9 and QT VS Tools 2.5.2.1

      compiling a project generates follwing error :

      .....\QtMsBuild\rcc\qtrcc.targets(116,5): error MSB3073:  "\bin\rcc.exe" --list "name.qrc" > "x64\Debug\rcc_list.txt" 2> nul" ended with  Code 3

      Reinstalling QT and QT VS Tools didn't help.
