      If I change the project settings to use the 64 bit toolset:

      TRACKER : error TRK0002: Failed to execute command: ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.28.29333\bin\HostX64\x64\CL.exe" @C:\Users\amonra\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp8765f5adba534e7bb6f91be0d5ef8e79.rsp". The parameter is incorrect.
