    Description

      1. qt 15.2 installed, vs2019 qt plugin set qt15.2; vcpkg install qt（15.1）， qt app can not run correctly？
      2. remove qt 15.2， install qt 15.1， vs2019 qt plugin set qt 15.1， qt app can not run correctly also。
