lupdate/lrelease not working anymore inside Visual Studio on .ts file with contextual menu

Right click on a .ts file in Visual Studio, to launch lupdate or lrelease, is not working with VSTools 2.7.0 rev 28 with VS 16.8.6.
I happens with old project format (Qt4VSv1.0) and with the new one.

To reproduce, create a new project "Qt Widgets Application" (solution not in same folder). All default options.
Inside the project, right click -> Qt -> Create new translation file -> "qtwidgetsapplication3_fr.ts".
Right click on this new file -> lupdate: it works. (lrelease too)
Save All and Close Visual Studio.

Reopen Visual Studio with that project. Right click on .ts file -> lupdate or lrelease -> It's not working.
