lupdate generate .ts in wrong folder when .ts file is in sub folder

After fix for QTVSADDINBUG-871 I try the new 2.7.1 rev 8.

Using Visual studio explorer and Right click, the .ts file is generated, but not inside the right folder.
All my .ts files are inside a subfolder named "Translation" (under the project folder). But, lupdate generates output .ts file inside project root folder, not inside this Translation folder.

Also note that the text output of lupdate is not print inside Visual Studio output view. I just see the text output the first time I launch lupdate but not after.
