Support additional moc macros

Sometimes, a user might want to wrap Qt marcos like Q_OBJECT into their own. In those cases, moc won't run on the file, as the custom macro is not recognized.

In cmake, we can set AUTOMOC_MACRO_NAMES  to specify that moc should run automatically on files containing any of the listed macros there. It might make sense to add such a feature to the Add-In, too.
